Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am.
Each condo comes with dish soap, one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel and 3 garbage bags. If you should need more, Ken's Village Market, Pat and Garys and Family Dollar are all conveniently located.
If you cancel 3 weeks out, you will receive 100% refund of what you have paid. If you cancel 2 weeks out, you will receive 50% refund on what you have paid. Less than 2 weeks notice, there will be no refund.
NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Indian River does have boarding for your pets. They can be reached at 231-238-2278. Be sure to plan ahead if you think you may need them as they book up fast!
